Panic

We all get scared sometimes but when we get scared and our fear gets in the way of our lives, it's an anxiety disorder.

I suffer from Panic Disorder....

When I had my first panic attack, I was on the way to work. I had to walk from my college to that place...it was the biggest pain in the a** ever.

Yet I still did it.

It was cold and it was snowing... Suddenly, I felt my chest tighten up. It didn't take me long to realize I was having a panic attack.

I stopped walking and I started gasping for air. When the attack passed I was left scared and freaked out.

I went to work like normal but I was a lot more sympathetic towards those who had Panic Disorder than I had been before.

Gosh, Panic Disorder sucked.
